Artificial Solutions Agrees 12-Month Extension and New Terms on Bonds
Artificial Solutions® (SSME:ASAI), the leading specialist in enterprise-strength conversational AI, announced it has agreed a 12-month extension of the 52 MSEK Bonds previously due for repayment on 5th June 2020. Repayment of the Bonds will now be due for repayment on the 5th June 2021.
Additionally, the terms of the Bond are amended such that in the event the Bonds are redeemed on or prior to 31 December 2020, they will be redeemed at an amount per Bond equal to 100 per cent of the Nominal Amount, but if the Bonds are redeemed in 2021 there will be a monthly step-up in the redemption amount up until the Final Maturity Date on which the Bonds will be redeemed at an amount per Bond equal to 110 per cent of the Nominal Amount. All other terms remain the same.
On the 27th May 2020, Artificial Solutions purchased 15 MSEK of Bonds due for repayment on 5th June 2020. On the same day it sold 15 MSEK of Bonds due for repayment on 5th June 2020.
