Artificial Solutions Appoints Fredrik Törgren as CFO
Artificial Solutions® (SSME:ASAI) the leading specialist in enterprise-strength conversational AI, announced today that it has appointed Fredrik Törgren as CFO. With an extensive background in financial management and investor relations, plus an in-depth understanding of technology companies, Fredrik, who succeeds Chris Bushnell, who is remaining with the company, will lead the Finance and Accounting department as well serve as financial advisor to the company’s senior management team.
Fredrik’s most recently role was as CFO at Inteno Group and has 20 years of experience from various senior financial, business development, M&A and capital markets roles within Ericsson, as Corporate Finance Director at Handelsbanken Capital Markets and as an investor at, among others, Provider Venture Partners and Swedfund.

Reporting directly to Lawrence Flynn, CEO of Artificial Solutions, Fredrik will oversee the company’s financial operations from its headquarters in Stockholm as of the 7 September 2020.

Prior to Inteno Group, Fredrik was at Ericsson where he led the IT & Cloud Services Business Area Finance operations including M&A activity. Other senior roles include positions with Swedfund, Handelsbanken Capital Markets and Provider Venture Partners.
